ive got some oil drips comin from my baby and im terrified that it might be coming from the oil pan...ive having some trouble locating the source, but it seems to be coming at least from just on the passenger side of the oil pan....just how horrible is the removal and replacement of the pan? are the oil braces worth it?

It could be a real pain if you are not mechanically inclined. On the oil pan braces they are supposed to help prevent leaks due to engine flexing. There are a few out there, but I have no personal experience with them.

alright great, now could the leak be really detrimental or is it somthing that can be watched till i can get some fundage up for it?

In my opinion a leak is never good, but if it's not seeping out you should be fine. Just keep an eye on your levels.

If its coming from the pass side it could be leaking from OMP...

I read it somewhere that OMP was once operational... I could be wrong.

hey okay so it turns out i had 2 fuckin leaks...i have one slow leak coming somwhere around the power steering pump and i had a coolant leak litterally sprizing out of a line going to my throttle body where the previous owner had cinched down the hose clamp so tight it ripped the hose. so i was able to repair that one very quick but im still trying to pinpoint the oil leak around my power steering pump.

Whatever you do don't over tighten oil pan bolts. Torque is only like 8 lbs and will do more damage than good. From my been there done that experience :(
