Just wanted to say hi. I had posted before about the car I was gonna buy...and finally got to see it tonight. Gonna pick it up next weekend....its a 84 RX& non turbo....not much mods really....just rear disk brakes installed. It needs a battery and a fuel pump, and then should run....former owner just doesnt wanna work on it and has to get rid of it. I picked it up for $400 and it comes with a second set of wheels....and my buddys buying them from me for $100....so not a bad deal. Heres some pics of it.

Welcome...

What's them carbs and air filter doing there?

Interior seem to be in an excellent shape for what I can see. Little TLC should bring her back to its original beauty ;)

Congraats!

Try VictoriaBritish.com for your dashboard cover..it's them glue over the existing damaged dashboard. It's like $80.00 Or them dash protector for like $40.00

They have a lot of 1st gen parts.

It's best to acquire Mazda shop manual. It saves lots of headache compared to Haynes or Chiltons.

That's what Mazda mechanics refer to.
