From Silvias to FDs

I've been driving Nissan 240sx's (S14's) for a few years now. Everything from Stock Automatics, to Turbo Drift. I've gotten out of drifting and have found a few FD's in the area. I wanted to see if there might be a site that has general information about the car. The one I am looking at right now Is a 1994 Turbo 'Efini' with 70K miles on it that is stock for $8,000. I know it is low compared to others in the are but I wanted to see from the RX-7 community if this is a good buy and why. This is NOT going to be a daily and is getting a lot of body and performance work. Going from Inline 4 and 6 piston Nissan to Rotary Mazda, need help. Thanks a lot.

Google is our friend lol.

normally you get what you pay for. if the price is so low, it might have some issues. i would recommend looking at it closely and if you have a friend that is rotary capable, bringing him to see the car. also go on http://www.rx7club.com/ and this forum and look around. rx7 tend to be very expensive to fix look around for information. know what your getting your self into. A FD and a 240sx" not a Silvia" are two different cars
