some advice please :)
 
Hey guys im new in the rx7 area of knowledge, i was just wondering what you guys think of this car? it has 120000 miles on it. Do you think that the engine will need to be rebuilt any time soon? i dont know all that much about these cars so anything will help. He will sell it to me for $2,000. Is that a good deal? and im in portland oregon

86 mazda rx-7 second generation
Four brand new wheels and rims (MSR) that are in perfect condition with 100% tred. ($1,000)

- Dropped on KYB Struts (Smooth Ride)
- Interior is in 8/10 Condition
-THREE seats, one custom racing seat in back
- Wired for sound system
- A/C works and blows hard
- Power Steering
- This car has been taken care of and once you see my engine bay you will believe that

Yea bro. That sounds like a good ass deal. Most japanese motors will last you around 250,000 miles so you should be good for a while. Replace the headers intake (perferably a turbo) and make it fast. But in my opinion no car is worth buying unless its a manuel. Good luck with the car

well also you'll probably have to change the apex seals

Id go for it. Depending on exterior condition. If it runs fine and all then its a gr8 deal... Heads up though interior parts are expensive and hard to find.
