then with time, a full gasket and o-ring change with a mild to full street port and a nice polish.

5th and 6th port need around 2 or 3 psi to work properly. It was getting the power from your cat but thats only if its a 6 port na 87 or 88. Possibly a few more 13b models fall under the particular...
