83 Rx 7 wont accelerate under load above 4K

have rebuilt carb professionally, knocked all catalyst out of plugged converter, fixed all vacuum leaks, vatted fuel tank, put new lines and filters on, idles great but wont accelerate under load....

have you checked the catalytic convertor? if its plugged up you wont get any power in high rpms.
