The engine might be flooded so before you go do an expensive compression test, try pulling the EGI fuse and cranking the car for about 10 seconds. After that put the EGI fuse back in and crank it again. It should start up if the engine is only a bit flooded. If that dosen't work you might want to check if your spark plugs are soaked in fuel. If so, pull all 4 plugs out and the EGI fuse. Crank it for 10 seconds with a rag about an inch or two from the spark plug holes and put in a set of new plugs and the EGI fuse back in. Crank again and it should work. If that dosen't work you have other problems other then flooding. But good luck and keep us updated on what you find.
