i believe the rule is 400hp from each rotor, so thats 800 MAX
best (only real way) to do it is,
upgrade your
injectors
ecu
turbo - gt35 or a to4e or somthing
turbo manifold
intercooler
fuel system
radiator to be safe
and thats about it, sounds easy, simple and cheap eh? go for it!
