Apexi n1 Dual Exhaust for a 89

Hey I was wondering if an apexi n1 dual catback exhaust for a 3rd gen rx7 (163-KZ02) would fit a 2nd gen? The pictures for both of the same systems are the same for both the 2nd and 3rd gen but the price difference is incredible. Also I tried to look up pictures of a 3rd with dual pipes but failed to find any which seems suspicious leading me to think that there is no such thing. So I wanted to know if anyone knows if the 3rd gen version could fit a 2nd gen car, because I don't want to drop $1000+ on a system compared to $500. Any help would be great!
