honda guy wants to be a rotary guy

Hello everyone im not new to imports but im def new to Mazda's and I would love to own one a guy is selling a 84 rx7 for 1950 plan on talking to him about dropping the price cuz im cheap but it has some play in the steering shaft and the steering gearbox needs to be aligned but other then that it's pretty solid and has 110k miles but from what I heard that's nothing for a mazda so tell me what you know

The Rotary is not your typical Mazda first off, secondly the car is 28 years old & will have problems, third yes the cars is too much, fourth 110 is a lot of miles for a Rotary. The car can be fun, but you plans for the car would better help me help you.

Plans would be to fix the steering problems font know how much that cost and depending on the difficulty and price id swap a 13b in it but if it's to hard and pricey im going to get a full exhaust carb and street port (if I can find a shop that will port ot for me) and then turbo but I believe all that is in like the 1500-2000 dollar range correct me if im wrong and if it is that case im just going to put a turbo b series in my Honda
