No clue what this is, please help?

I just did the engine swap from the US to JDM engine and the wiring harness does not have a plug for this piece. It was on the US harness and the actual thing sat behind the ECU. Please tell me if you know what it is, and if i have to worry about it?

yes you do it is the fan control module
