Just bought 93 touring, has some quirks
 

Hi bought a 93 touring today. I'm a mechanic but a rotary motor virgin. The car idles all over the spectrum especially when hot. Now, the car won't Rev over 2k and it takes a few seconds for the throttle to respond after it bogs down. Supposedly has 0 miles on new motor and turbo, but it smokes. Makes no sense to me. Any input would be wonderful
