2000 Jdm clip
 

I am new to the rotary world so please forgive my ignorance.
I just bought a JDM clip and it came with a power FC. My mechanic just informed that he is not sure if I am going to be able to use it with a USDM engine harness (buying a harness next week). Can someone please advise if this is true and what are my possible avenues.
