Going Turbo

I have a 90 GTU I wanna make turbo 2. This is a list of what comes with the engine i wanna buy. Will I need any thing else?

Complete Head Complete Block
Intake Manifold Exhaust Manifold
Injectors Throttle Body
Power Steering Pump Sensors
Fuel Rail Alternater
Distributor A/C Compressor
Turbo Charger Top-Mount Intercooler
Clutch Flywheel
ECU Wiring Harness
RWD Manual Transmission

Complete engine is referred as long block which include manis. ECU that you are talking about is certainly off the engine you are swaapping, right?
