vacum secondarys
 

ive recently bought a 1980 rx7 . ive replaced fiel filter, searched for vacum leaks with a hose to my ear and by using carb cleaner and have not found any vacum leaks. the titter totter linkage is hooked up and i did have to replace the secondary diaphram on right front of carb with a used one cause mazda doesnt offer one anymore. and still secondarys are not opening. however i can open them with my finger manually with someone idling car and can see fuel going in and it sounds strong and runs good. so i know my jets are not clogged. also ive sprayed inside of carb at secondary butterflys with carb cleaner to loosen up linkage. and oiled linkage on the outside of carb . still secondarys not opening. i know i can go mechanical and probally will if i cant figure out whats causing this problem. any suggestions would be appreciated thank you
