Did you check the bolt on the back of the clutch pedal to make sure it's has enough throw in it?

The clutch issue is most likely your slave cylinder. I just had the same issue with mine. One easy way to check is to get a brake bleeder kit, hook it up to the top of the slave with the clutch...
