In order to remove a fender you have to separate bumper from the fender. You'll feel the nuts as you stick your hand all the way up tapered section and take 10mm socket with swivel and remove 5 or 6 of them. Other ones should be all visible.
P.S.: It's really fun to remove the one you can barely feel with socket
