Not always true, but remember usually the softer the tire the quicker the wear. I can not speak on behalf of the Nexen tires, I have never used them. BFG has some nice tires, but a little on the pricey side. Their KDW's are excellent performing tires, they do wear some what fast. Yokohama also has some very good performing tires, again they can be high priced. I have used & still currently run Yokohama tires on my daily driven cars. We ran the Parada models, but now we have the S.drives. On my other cars I run Kumho tires, they have more affordable tires for the type of driving these cars see. The Kumho Escta V700 & the Victoryracer are great for the track. I believe Kumho actually has a 100 rebate, you should check out their site.
